For more than two decades, Northern Frontier Ministries has carried the hope of the gospel to remote communities across Alaska’s Far North. Brad and Connie Gavitt faithfully served through personal visitation, Bible studies, discipleship, church ministry, and practical encouragement, building relationships in places where ministry resources are often limited.

Today, Jason and Lisa Scott are continuing that work. After moving to Palmer so Jason could attend Alaska Bible College, they followed God’s leading to Slana, Alaska, where they now serve with Northern Frontier Ministries.

Jason and Lisa share a heart for reaching people with the gospel, helping believers grow in God’s Word, strengthening local churches, and serving families throughout Alaska’s remote communities. Through every visit, Bible study, and ministry opportunity, their desire is to build lasting relationships and faithfully point people to Jesus Christ.

 

Northern Frontier Ministries remains committed to evangelizing, discipling, encouraging believers, and supporting the establishment and growth of biblically grounded churches throughout the Far North. We are grateful for those who have laid the foundation and excited to see how God continues this ministry through its next chapter.
